Today we completed our first day of training with our Chiquimulilla midwives. The Helping Mothers Survive class has 20 midwives ranging in experience from new students to over 40 years of experience delivering babies. These women are extremely eager to learn from us and we are excited to be learning from them. Learning is challenging in this heat and humidity, mostly for OUR team, but we are optimistic for tomorrow when we jump right into Helping Babies Breathe.
