Plans to bring HOPE and a Future
HOPE 2 OTHERS focuses on improving access to healthcare and education in Tanzania. Since 2007, Hope 2 Others has raised funds to ship medical and school supplies, baby kits (containing clothes, quilts, and other supplies), and a retired ambulance. They have also sponsored the education of students and worked to raise awareness about the state of education and health care in developing countries.
Needs and Hopes for Tanzania‑2023
- 2-acre Birthing Center & Medical Clinic site
- Building phase one of the Birthing Center & Medical Clinic in Tanzania on 2 acres
- $14,000: Ship 40 ft. container with medical equipment
- $1,000: Outreach to mothers, children, orphans, and widows: food, blankets, newborn baby kits, and Days 4 Girls Kits
- $6,000: Teach 36 people lifesaving skills for healthy births and babies through the Helping Mothers Survive (HMS) and Helping Babies Breathe (HBB) programs
